Warranty on your Blusss item
At Blusss, we care about quality. That's why every item comes with a legal warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase.
When does the warranty apply?
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects that were already present at delivery, such as:
Unraveling seams or stitching
Broken zippers or fastenings
Defects in the finishing or assembly of components
Important: the customer must be able to prove that the product was used and maintained correctly, according to the care instructions.
When does the warranty not apply?
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
Normal wear and tear from use
Damage caused by improper or intensive use
Damage due to incorrect washing or drying
Alterations or repairs made by the user
No repair service
Outside the legal warranty, we do not offer a repair service. In such cases, we recommend contacting a local tailor or repair shop. This helps extend the life of your garment.
