Business Development Intern (Sept–Dec 2025)

We combine contemporary fashion with sensory-friendly innovation. Our team is small, ambitious and passionate about inclusivity — and we’re looking for an intern to support our business development and community building.
A bit of context
Blusss works with Belgian and international partners and builds a strong community of parents, professionals and highly sensitive individuals. We are scaling up and looking for someone who enjoys both B2B and B2C relationship building.
Your objectives are to

Research and screen potential retail and distribution partners.

Contact small and mid-sized stores, concept shops and therapists, and schedule meetings with the founder.

Support onboarding of new partners.

Help organize community workshops and events: from planning and communication to follow-up with participants.

Contribute to raising awareness of sensory-friendly clothing and tools through community engagement.
You have this background
-
Student in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar.

Strong communicator, both written and verbal.

Organized, proactive and social.

Commercial flair and interest in fashion, inclusivity and wellbeing.
Internship conditions

Available at least 2 days a week, for minimum 2 months.

Supported by your school.

English and Dutch required.
