At Blusss, we believe in effortless, reliable delivery. That’s why we collaborate with Kaliber Maatwerk, a social custom-work company in Herentals, Belgium, where people with special support needs contribute to our tailored logistics.

| Shipping Days: Orders are shipped every weekday.

| Shipping Partner: We use GLS for Belgium, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, France and Germany. For other countries we ship with Fedex.

| Delivery Times:
Belgium & the Netherlands: Delivered within 1–3 working days after ordering
European Union (EU): Delivered within 2–5 working days after ordering
Outside the European Union (EU): 5–14 working days after ordering

You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow your package effortlessly.

Free shipping for orders over €150

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a link once your package is on its way.

All prices include VAT and applicable taxes within the European Union (EU).

Shipping Rates – Countries outside European Union (EU)

We ship on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis.
This means import duties, VAT and handling fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

These charges may be applied by the carrier upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

United Kingdom (UK)
As the UK is no longer part of the European Union, import duties, VAT and handling fees may apply upon delivery.
